YELLOWSTONE - Winter Jan - 2011
This tour will allow you to either access Yellowstone park by snow coach or guided snowmobiles. It will be led by Doug who spends much of the winter season photographing in West Yellowstone. You will see winter conditions on the animals. You are likely to be able to photograph eagles, swans, geese, ducks, buffalo and moose. Three days will be spent in Yellowstone National Park and the fourth day will be on the 400 miles of forest trails adjacent to Yellowstone to shoot spectacular winter scenics.
Riding snow mobiles to photograph is very easy and allows for spectacular photo access. Approximately 100 novice snowmobilers enter the park daily. All required winter clothing and gear is provided on a daily basis.
